Meet our Professional Staff
Jesse Boucher, President
A graduate of the Civil Engineering and Business programs at Clarkson University, Jesse has had a love for construction all his life. Jesse's passion for construction began as a youth growing up in Wilton, NY, watching the expansion at exit 15 and throughout the region. Family and friends were always building and looking for a builder and remodeler that they could trust. Jesse knew that he could provide the trustworthy professional relationship his neighbors were looking for and so began the educational process that culminated in the founding of Kodiak Construction. Graduating from Saratoga Springs High School, Jesse knew the importance of continuing his education in order to provide the best service possible. A degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in business provided an understanding for why houses are built the way they are and the knowledge to put the information together in an organized fashion for the client, carpenters, and trades. Jesse continues to promote education to this day, earning his Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation with the National Association of Home Builders in 2007. Jesse is active with the local builders associations, serving on the board of directors for the Saratoga Builders Association and as president of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New York.
Justin Sitler, Vice President
Justin began his career in construction as a laborer for a local remodeling contractor in Saratoga Springs during summer breaks. Enjoying the hands-on efforts and the satisfaction that a completed job offered homeowners, Justin continued pursuing construction throughout college, while earning his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University. By the spring semester of his junior year, Justin had teamed with friend and classmate, Jesse, to begin the development process for Kodiak Construction. During the summer of 2003, Justin spearheaded the efforts to renovate Sperry Advertising, now a part of the Northeast Promotional Group, and ever since has been the leading force in the field for Kodiak Construction. As vice president, Justin's duties are operational, managing projects from the first shovel to the final walk-through. Clients remain in contact with Justin throughout the construction process, assisting with any changes that are requested or questions that may need answers.
Justin Boucher, Mechanical Specialist
Justin has worked with Kodiak Construction since 2004, providing his expertise in all things mechanical. As an electrical and heating student at Hudson Valley Community College, Justin excelled at the trades. During high school and college, Justin worked for a local plumbing & heating contractor and then an electrician before the founding of Kodiak. With his natural abilities in the mechanical systems of a house, Justin has specialized with Kodiak, completing many of the bathroom renovations and kitchen renovations Kodiak undertakes.

While attending the Rochester Institute of Technology he spent another summer working for the same employer furthering his on-the-job experience. During the last year at college and for another year after graduation Jacob worked as a professional commercial framer, introducing him to a fulltime construction career. In 2005 Jacob relocated to the Capital District and shortly thereafter found himself employed with Kodiak Construction.
